License to build Water Extraction SDR X

Infinity closed down the Water Extraction Division on 1 May 2020, due to canceled orders from the CoronaVirus. Infinity is no longer offering the SDR2000 which had a price tag of $2.5 million and a 10-15 day payback.

Infinity will be offering a experimental SDR X test bench, for demonstrating hydrodynamic cavitation and a unlimited license to produce the SDR X for commercial sales. The license includes blueprints and parts lists for the components only. The licensee will be responsible for the configuration of their system, as well as any ancillary equipment needed (solution separation devices and configuration). Licensee will be required to sign a agreement regarding proprietary IP, patents, and non-transferrable license.

Demonstrations of the test bench with hemp or other botanicals are available at  Madison, Wisconsin. There is a fee for the demo along with a deposit for the license. Photos and videos are not allowed. Each attendee will be required to provide a copy of their drivers license, in advance (and required to be shown prior to demonstration).

The SDR X test bench is available in standard configuration for $49,000. If a stainless steel and electropolished version (GMP) is required, the price is $99,000. Crate, freight, and insurance to any USA (lower 48) location is $2,000. This is a experimental test bench and all sales are final with no warranty. All systems are built new and tested prior shipment.

The license for unlimited production is $250,000. An agreement protecting the original IP and patents must be signed prior to order. The license is for any size (number up or scale up) of the device and methodology. For orders prior to June 30, 2020, we will include a SDR X test bench in the standard configuration. GMP electropolished version (optional) may take 6-8 weeks to build, due to time delays in finishing (electropolishing) of components, due to delays from the impact of coronavirus in the manufacturing sector.

The SDR X hydrodynamic process involves short burst UV light and heat energy which (when used correctly) sanitizes the solution in-situ. When used as part of a GMP SOP, this process can be used as a biocide.

The New Revolution in Processing using Water as the Solvent
Simple push-button operation and uses only water as the carrier-solvent, this amazing system uses technology that was previously only available in the pharmaceutical industry. Process 50-100 pounds per hour, or up to 2,400 pounds (1,200 kg) per day of botanicals. When adding on the continuous feed Winterization system, this can become your solution for producing full spectrum oil. We are currently working on CB D G, Live Resin and THCA Diamonds processing on our lab scale demo units. Price: $2.5 million  Payback: 10-15 days

Hemp Flower to High Quality Full Spectrum Oil Processor System Acquistion Checklist:

A. Less than 1,000 pounds per day of input dry hemp flower: Please consider ordering multiple CO2 extractors. We can build them upon payment of order (typical build time about 1-2 weeks per CO2 extractor). Please visit our CO2 website at: https://infinitysupercritical.com

B. More than 2,000 pounds per day of input dry hemp flower:

Inquiry and Order Process For Hemp Processor Systems from Infinity Supercritical:

  1. Send us an email with your name, company name, website, contact phone number, and if you are a start-up, or existing company. Also please indicate if you have funding to buy the equipment. The more information you can provide, the better. Email: greg@infinitysupercritical.com
  2. We will return that email with general information, and processor build position availability. We’ll also give you a call to discuss your processing needs, and answer any questions.
  3. The next step is to order a Engineering Study. The reason for the study is to layout and review all the parameters for your existing infrastructure (power, water, space) and provide a formal quotation with timelines. We like to write out everything you can expect, and what we provide. We will also provide options for renewable power, portable modular functionality, and microturbine power from natural gas (remote operations), and post processing equipment. The Engineering Study is $150,000. This will also qualify you for purchase (believe it or not, most groups that contact us have no funding). The Engineering Study fee is deductible from the last payment of the system cost.

D. System Information:

SDR2000:  Price $2,500,000. 2,400 lbs/day using water as the solvent) (More Info) Modular: Built into 5 standard shipping containers (processing, separation, water storage, crew operation cab). Plug and play. 480 V 3 Phase Power. Please see our ROI (for planning purposes only) PDF here: sdr2000

The Problem With Large Scale Ethanol Batch Extraction: Typically, large scale ethanol extraction has a number of drawbacks. Since recycled ethanol is imperitive to low cost processing operation, the dilution of the pure ethanol becomes compromised (water keeps getting added) which results in poor extraction efficiency. In addition, ethanol has poor turpene retention (turpepes become volatile and simply evaporate). Finally, many ethanol processors who do a quick-turn extraction, end up with lots of bitter green tasting chlorophyll. To filter out that, they use activated carbon filters (referred to as carbon scrubbing), which also filter out most of the valuable components include CB ( source: Romano LL, Hazekamp A. Oil: chemical evaluation of an upcoming based medicine. 2013;7(1):1-11.)

Note: Hemp Processors may see a fast payback.

Continuous Feed Eco Extraction:
We have the first system in the industry that is continuous feed. No more batch runs that take 12-24 hours. Processing is virtually instant using our fast extraction processing. More thorough and consistent extraction. Push button operation and less complex parts means less maintenance. Best of all, there are no expensive, hard to get, high pressure parts to maintain. The overall safety on a low pressure system far outweigh a butane, ethanol, or CO2 system. Simple to use, and simple to maintain.

Please contact Infinity Supercritical by email with a short summary of your hemp operation. Infinity will respond with a email that covers most of your questions, and a telephone number for follow-up questions. Email: greg@infinitysupercritical.com
